6.5 How to change the group of Operational Content
The following two types of groups can be used for Operational Content:
-
Operational Content group
An Operational Content group can be used to gather the Operational Content pieces that share the same keyword. For example, if there are too many pieces of Operational Content to find a specific piece quickly, you can group the pieces of Operational Content by the keyword that is related to the work task. If you create such groups, you will be able to find the desired piece of Operational Content by using a keyword as a clue.
-
Access permission groups or JP1 resource groups set in Operational Content
Access permission groups or JP1 resource groups can be used to limit the users who can operate or view Operational Content. For example, to permit users to operate only specific pieces of Operational Content, you can use the access permission groups or JP1 resource groups to set access permission for each piece of Operational Content. You can prevent unintended users from operating Operational Content inappropriately.
For you to change the group, you must have Content Manager permission.
