2.4.1 Setting an access permission group or JP1 resource group for Operational Content
For Operational Content, you can set the access permission groups or JP1 resource groups in which you are registered as the Content Manager. The access permission group or JP1 resource group definition you set for Operational Content determines which users can edit or reference specific Operational Content. Set access permission groups or JP1 resource groups for Operational Content in one of the following timings:

When creating (adding or copying) Operational Content

Whenever you change settings of specific created Operational Content that has already been displayed in the menu area
For the procedure for setting in timing 1, see 2.3.1 Creating (adding) new Operational Content and 2.3.2 Copying Operational Content. The following describes the procedure for setting in timing 2:

In the menu area of the Operational Content Editing Window, select the check box for the Operational Content for which you want to set an access permission group or JP1 resource group.
The Operational Content is selected.

For the access permission group, only select one piece of Operational Content. Even if you select multiple check boxes for Operational Content, only the Operational Content located at the top (among the multiple pieces of Operational Content whose check boxes are selected) is selected as the target of setting.

In the menu area, select the Edit Permissions or Resource Settings menu item.
The Edit Permissions or Resource Settings window appears.

In the Edit Permissions window, select one or more check boxes displayed in the window. In the Resource Settings window, change one or more drop-down parts.
If the user authentication by JP1/Base is used and you log in as the system administrator, enter the name of the JP1 resource group to be set, and then click the Add button.
In the Edit Permissions window, you can check details of the definitions of access permission groups. If you need to check the definition of an access permission group, click the name of the access permission group.

Click the OK button.
The access permission group or JP1 resource group you selected is set for Operational Content, and then the Edit Permissions or Resource Settings window closes.
