2.3.1 Creating (adding) new Operational Content

1. In the menu area of the Operational Content Editing Window, select the Add menu item.

   The Add Operational Content window appears.

2. Enter the name of the new Operational Content to be added.

   You must not enter any of the following names (character strings):

   • The same name as other Operational Content in the same group

   • A character string exceeding 128 bytes (When using double-byte characters, enter a maximum of 42 characters.)

   • A character string that includes a control character (0x00 to 0x1F or 0x7F of ASCII)

   When you want to change the name entered in this step, see 6.8.2 Renaming a piece of Operational Content.

3. Enter the group name of the new Operational Content to be added.

   When you want to change the group name entered in this step, see 6.5.1 Changing the group of Operational Content and 6.5.2 Integrating the group of Operational Content.

4. Change the access permission group or JP1 resource group to be set for the new Operational Content to be added.

   Clicking an access permission group name opens the Check Access Permission Groups window. In this window, you can check the definition of the corresponding access permission group.

5. Click the OK button.

   The name of the newly added Operational Content appears in the menu area.

   The newly added Operational Content does not have any content. Therefore, you must create its content while referring to Chapter 3. Creating the Operational Flow and Chapter 4. Creating the Guide.
