3.1 General procedure up to setup

Navigation Platform includes an editing environment and a development environment for creating Operational Contents, and an execution environment where Operational Contents are made available to users.

This section describes the general procedure leading up to the setup of each environment. References to the sections that provide detailed information are shown in parentheses.
