13.7 When you cannot log in to JP1/AO
If a user is unable to log in to JP1/AO, review the settings by doing the following:

Check whether the user ID and password are specified correctly.

Check whether the account is registered as a JP1/AO user.#

Check whether a resource group and role have been assigned to the user group to which the user belongs.#

Check whether the user account is locked.#

These tasks require User Management permission. Ask a user with User Management permission to check for you.
