13.6 When you cannot connect to the JP1/AO GUI
If you are unable to connect to the JP1/AO GUI, follow the procedure below.
Procedure

Check whether JP1/AO is running as a result of executing the hcmdssrv command with the /status option specified.

If the HAutomation Engine Web Service and HBase Storage Mgmt Common Service are running but the HBase Storage Mgmt Web Service is not, a port number conflict might have occurred. Check the Windows event log.

If the event log contains the following entry, review the port number settings used by the JP1/AO server:
