13.5 Public key authentication with connection destinations fails
If public key authentication with the connection destination fails, save the following information, and make sure there is no problem:

Public key files

Private key files

Passphrases for private keys
Procedure
Use an SSH client product supporting public key authentication, check if you can perform authentication by using the user ID, private key, and pass phrase of the target device set for the JP1/AO server.
If the authentication fails, settings for the public key, private key, pass phrase corresponding to the private key, or SSH server might contain a problem. In this case, recreate a key, or review the SSH server settings.
