You can save chat messages in files and print them. The procedure used to save and print chat messages is as follows:

(1) Saving
- Choose File and then Save.
The Save As dialog box opens.
- Specify the path, file name, and file type.
For the file type, select one of the following three file types:
- Text file (*.txt)
- Saves the chat contents in a text-format file. All information displayed in the chat view is saved.
- Rich text file (*.rtf)
- Saves the chat contents in a rich-text-format file. All information displayed in the chat view and its format information (fonts and colors) are saved.
- All files (*.*)
- Saves the chat contents in a text-format file. You can specify any file extension.
- Click the Save button.
The chat messages are saved in a file with the specified file name.
If you save chat messages, continue the chat session, and exit without saving the updated chat messages, a message is displayed, prompting you to save the chat messages.
(2) Printing
- Choose File and then Print.
The Print dialog box opens.
- Specify the necessary parameters such as the output printer and number of copies.
The print range is fixed to All.
- Click the OK button.
The contents of the Chat view area are printed as specified by the parameters.
