You can review detailed information about users who are connected to the chat server.

To check detailed user information:

1. In the Chat window, select a user from the User list box.
2. Choose File and then Properties.
   The Properties dialog box opens. The title section displays the applicable user's nickname and PC host name in the format "nickname@host-name".

   Nickname

   Displays the user's nickname.

   Name

   Displays the user's name. If the user has not specified his/her name, this field is blank.

   Unit

   Displays the organization to which the user belongs. If the user has not specified his/her department information, this field is blank.

   Email address

   Displays the user's email address. If the user has not specified his/her email address, this field is blank. To send email to this user, click this email address.

   Comment

   Displays the user's comment. If the user has not specified a comment, this field is blank.

3. Check the displayed information and then click the OK button.
   The Properties dialog box closes.
