The procedure used to open and close the Chat window is as follows:

The following is the procedure for starting the Chat window.

For Controller

Use one of the following methods:

In the Remote Control window, choose Tools and then Chat.
In the JP1_Remote Control Manager program folder or JP1/Software Distribution program folder, choose the Chat icon.

For Agent: In the JP1_Remote Control Agent program folder or JP1/Software Distribution program folder, choose the Chat icon.

To close the Chat window:
