Select this check box to use the automatic clipboard transfer facility. This facility automatically transfers clipboard data between the controller and agent.

The automatic transfer of clipboard data is only available when the version of the agent at the connection destination is 05-21 or later.

You can specify the direction for transferring clipboard data.

Send

The controller's clipboard data is sent to the agent when the contents of the clipboard is updated.

Receive

The controller receives the agent's clipboard data, when the contents of the clipboard is updated.

Share

The combination of the above two. Both the controller and agent share the same contents in the clipboard.

When you select either Receive or Share as the Transfer type, you can specify conditions for data transmission.

Always receive the data

Ensures the controller is ready to receive clipboard data from the connected agent at all times. When the controller is connected to more than one agent, it receives the clipboard data from all the agents.

Receive the data only when the Remote Control window is active

The controller receives clipboard data from the connected agent, only when the Remote Control window is active. Even if the controller is connected to more than one agent, it only receives clipboard data of the agent subject to remote control operations.

You can specify the data type to be transferred with the automatic clipboard transfer facility.

Plain text

Only transfers the text portion of the clipboard data.

Formatted data

Transfers text as well as other types of clipboard data. You can transfer text files, bitmap files, metafiles, rich text format files, color palettes, and the combination of any of these.
