There are two types of programs required for use of the remote control facility.

• Remote Control Manager
  This is a generic name for programs used by the remotely-controlling side. It calls up the screen of a remote PC (agent) and performs operations on it.
  A machine which has this facility installed is called a controller.
  
• Remote Control Agent
  This is a generic name for programs used by the remotely-controlled side. It provides screen information from the local computer to the controller, and executes operations as instructed based on commands entered by the controller.
  A machine which has this facility installed is called an agent.
