You can use the chat function as a means for interaction with Remote Control. If, for example, a problem occurs on an agent, you can use the chat function to exchange information about the problem with the agent, the action to be taken, and other details. This will help resolve the problem quickly.
The following figure shows the Chat window used for chatting.
