3.3 Collecting user inventory information

The managing server enables you to manage user-managed client information (user inventory information) in the same manner as with system information or software information. You can specify desired user information items for collection in the managing server.

For details about the content of the user inventory information that can be collected, see 2.2.3 Acquiring user inventory information in the manual Description and Planning Guide.

This section explains how to collect user inventory information.

Note that user inventory information cannot be collected in JP1/Software Distribution (relay system).
