1.6.2 Settings for Source and Target Schema File dialog box

In the Settings for Source and Target Schema File dialog box, you can specify the source schema file and the target schema file.

This dialog box opens when you right-click a schema logical name in the source schema tree viewer or target schema tree viewer, and then click Select Root Element. A different dialog box appears for one-to-one data transformation and for N-to-one data transformation.

(1) Displayed items

(a) For one-to-one data transformation

Source schema

Specify the file path of the source schema. You can select a source schema file in the dialog box displayed by clicking the Select button.

Select button: Displays the dialog box for selecting a source schema file.

Target schema

Specify the file path of the target schema. You can select a target schema file in the dialog box displayed by clicking the Select button.

Select button: Displays the dialog box for selecting a target schema file.

OK button

After validation of the specified settings, saves the settings and then closes the dialog box.

Cancel button

Cancels the specified settings and closes the dialog box.

(b) For N-to-one data transformation

Source schema

File path: Displays the file path of the previously specified source schema.
Schema logical name: Displays the previously specified schema logical name of the source schema.
Edit button: When a source schema selected, clicking this button opens the Settings for Source Schema File dialog box in which you can change the source schema file and schema logical name. For details about the Settings for Source Schema File dialog box, see 1.6.1 Settings for Source Schema File dialog box.

Target schema

Specify the file path of the target schema. You can select a target schema file in the dialog box displayed by clicking the Select button.

Select button: Displays the dialog box for selecting a target schema file.

OK button

Enables the specified settings and closes the dialog box.

Cancel button

Cancels the specified settings and closes the dialog box.
