7.4.1 Message log

Acquires The information when operating the HCSC server or error information when a failure occurs, and the information of a running HCSC server or error information if a failure occurs is acquired as message log. With this you can detect the occurrence of a failure and analyze the cause of failure.

The types of message logs of Service Platform are as follows:

Output of message log data is always enabled. For details about how to change the output method of each log file, see 7.3.2(1) Collecting the message log. For details about the meanings of the messages that are output to message logs, see the manual Service Platform Messages.

Organization of this subsection

(1) HCSC-Manager log

The messages output by HCSC-Manager are saved in this log. The following table shows the log data output destination and file name.

(3) Activity log of J2EE server

The messages output by the J2EE server that is currently operating are saved in this log. These messages include those output by the HCSC server operating on the J2EE server. The following table shows the log data output destination and file name.
