The value of the MinIP key or MaxIP key of the SettingN section that is not displayed is not in the range from 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255.

The SettingN section that is not displayed does not satisfy the following condition: the value of the MinIP key ≤ the value of the MaxIP key.
