15.2.2 Checking error jobs efficiently

You can use the Job Status window to display only jobs in a specific status. The following describes how to display error jobs only:

1. In the Job Status window, click View, and then All Job Details.

2. In the Job Status window, click View, and then Filter.

   The Filter dialog box appears.

3. Under Job status, select the Error check box only.

This setting allows the Job Status window to only display error information for jobs under the selected level. Thus, you can check error jobs more easily.

Double-click an error job to open the Detailed Information dialog box, in which you can check details about the error.
