2.8 APM function
APM is an agent application that enables, in conjunction with SSO, the monitoring of processes, their child processes, and services running on servers.
The application obtains information about the starting and stopping of processes and services, as well as their operating status, based on the monitoring conditions specified in SSO. When the status of a process or service changes, APM issues a status change event to notify SSO of the change.
