• shared memory does not exist: The shared memory does not exist.

• corruption of communication data was detected: Corruption of communication data was detected.

When this error occurs during startup processing, Agent Collector service terminates abnormally.

When this error occurs after startup finished (while operating), performance data required when the error occurred is not acquired.

Check the KAVF14171-W message output after this message for the performance data that was not acquired.

If the problem occurs frequently and the errors are not resolved, collect maintenance data using the jpcras command, and then contact the system administrator or a support service.
