A timeout occurred during interprocess communication.

The following are possible causes of the error:

• The SAP system being monitored is placing a heavy workload on resources and delaying the acquisition of performance data.

• A large volume of performance data was acquired, and a large amount of is required for the SAP system or PFM - Agent for Enterprise Applications to process it.

• The SAP system is not responding for some other reason.

When this error occurs during startup processing, Agent Collector service terminates abnormally.

When this error occurs after startup has finished (while operating), the performance data required when the error occurred is not acquired.

Check the KAVF14171-W message output after this message for the performance data that was not acquired.

Check the system's workload status, the work process usage status, and the SAP system status.

If the problem occurs frequently and the errors are not being resolved, collect maintenance data using the jpcras command, and then contact the system administrator or a support service.
