Take action according to below, and then start the Agent Collector service. If this does not resolve the problem, collect maintenance data and contact the system administrator.

Check whether the RFC library exists in the specified by the file path.

Check whether the library, which is specified by the file path, is appropriate for OS and architecture.

Check whether the read and execute permissions (-r-xr-xr-x) are applied to the RFC library which is specified by the file path.
