1.10.4 Set Display Period window

The Set Display Period window changes the display period for historical reports.

The following describes the displayed items:

Close

Closes the Set Display Period window.

OK button

Accepts the settings and returns to the Select Report window.

Cancel button

Discards the specified settings and returns to the Select Report window.

Standard period for reports

Displays the period, or date and time, used as the standard display period for reports. The displayed information differs depending on the linked product.

Linked product	Displayed standard period
JP1/AJS3	During execution of a job	The job start time is displayed.
JP1/AJS3	After the end of a job	The target job execution period is displayed.
JP1/IM	The date and time when an event occurred is displayed.

Date range

Select the display period for the report. The items you can select depend on the linked product.

Linked product	Items you can specify
JP1/AJS3	During execution of a job	Specify date and time The time one hour before the job start time
JP1/AJS3	After the end of a job	Specify date and time One hour before and after the job execution period
JP1/IM	Specify date and time One hour before and after the time at which an event occurred

Start time and End time

If you selected Specify date and time in Date range, enter a start date and time and an end date and time for report display.

Specify Start time and End time in the format YYYY MM DD hh:mm (YYYY: year, MM: month, DD: date, hh: hour, mm: minute).

The permitted date and time range is from 01-01-1971 00:00 to 12-31-2035 23:59. The date and time set in End time must be later than the date and time set in Start time.

If you selected a date range other than Specify date and time, the appropriate dates and times are set automatically. If you change an automatically set date and time, the Date range setting changes to Specify date and time.

Report interval

Set the interval for displaying data in the report. When this item is set, average values (summarized) over the specified period are displayed in the report.

Available values are as follows:

Minute: Displays a report at 1-minute intervals.

Hour: Displays a report at 1-hour intervals.

Day: Displays a report daily.

Week: Displays a report weekly.

Month: Displays a report monthly.

Year: Displays a report annually.

If a record of the PD record type is to be displayed, Minute is set regardless of the value specified for this setting.

If you specify an interval other than Minute, you can display a drilldown report by clicking a value under Date and Time in the table display area in the Select Report window.
