1.10.3 Select Report window
The Select Report window allows you to select the type of reports to be displayed.
The following figure shows the Select Report window.

The following describes the displayed items:
- Close
-
Closes the Select Report window.
- Set Display Period
-
Clicking this displays the Set Display Period window. This item is displayed only when the report type is historical.
- Performance information display target:
-
From the pull-down menu, select the target host. (You want to display a report about this host.)
If JP1/AJS3 is linked, select whether the report you want to display is about the JP1/AJS3 - Manager host or the JP1/AJS3 - Agent host.
Note that Performance information display target is not displayed in the following conditions:

If the job was executed on a JP1/AJS3 - Manager host

If the Select Report window was started from the Select Reports button in the window for switching PFM - Web Console

If the Select Report window was started from JP1/IM
-
- Historical Report radio button
-
Displays historical reports in the contents area.
- Realtime Report radio button
-
Displays real-time reports in the contents area.
- Text box
-
Use this text box to filter reports by keywords. Specify a character string of 1 to 1,024 characters to filter the reports that will be displayed. To perform a multi-keyword AND or OR search, delimit keywords by using a single-byte space, a two-byte space, or a tab. A delimiter is counted as one word. The maximum number of words that can be entered as filtering keywords is 100.
- Filter button

Filters reports by using the string specified in the text box.
- Clear button
-
Clears the filtering status and the filtering conditions.
- AND
-
Select this option button to perform an AND search.
- OR
-
Select this option button to perform an OR search.
- Report display period:
-
Displays the report display period if historical report is selected as the report type.
- Change Monitoring Agent
-
Click this item to display the Change Monitoring Agent window.
- Refresh
-
Refreshes the information displayed in the window.
- Content area
-
Displays the Reports tree. When you select a report of the type you want to display, the View Report window is displayed. You cannot select multiple reports at the same time.
A folder for each PFM - Agent or PFM - RM program is displayed. For each folder, two trees (User Reports and System Reports) are displayed. User-created folders and reports are displayed under User Reports. The reports provided as the monitoring template are displayed under System Reports.
Note that no reports are displayed for the following types of agents because those agents do not monitor performance information for a specific host:

Health check agent

Group agent
-
