1.5.6 Copy window
The Copy window is used to copy a selected report definition into a specified report folder. To display this window, in the Reports window, from the method frame, choose Copy.
The following figure shows the Copy window.

The following describes the displayed items:
- Refresh

Refreshes the information (Reports tree) displayed in the contents area. Refreshing the information does not change the selection status in the Reports tree.
- OK button

Executes copying of the selected report definition. If a report folder with the same name already exists at the same hierarchical level, an error results.
If the report folder at the copy destination already contains a report definition with the same name, the copy operation is handled as follows:

When the folders at both the copy source and the target have the same name
The system copies the report definition by automatically appending Copy of to the beginning of the report definition name.

When the folders at the copy source and the copy destination are different
The system displays a message box asking whether the existing data at the copy destination is to be overwritten. When the OK button is clicked in the message box, the system overwrites the existing definition at the copy destination with the definition from the copy source.

Cancels the operation and clears the information frame.

Displays the report folders under User Reports that can be selected as the copy destination. You can select only one report folder.
