4.8 Printing items

You can print Items registered in JP1/Service Support. If you are using the Item storage database, you can print Items stored in the Item storage database in addition to the Items in the Item management database.

Only the following users can perform these operations:

• Process work board managers

• Users who have view permission for Items in the target process work board^#

• Users who belong to the process work board management role

If the option to set view permissions for individual Items is enabled for the target process work board, the user can only work with Items for which he or she is an Item view permissions owner.

To display the print window and print an Item:

1. In the list of Items in the main window (Item list), select the Item you want to print.

2. From the menu in the main window (Item list), select Action and then Display the Print Window.

   The print window appears.

3. From the menu bar of your browser, select File and then Print.

There are three other ways to display the print window:

• In the list of Items in the main window (Item list), right-click the title of the Item you want to print, and select Display the Print Window.

• In the preview area of the main window (Item list), click the icon.

• From the menu in the View Item window, select Action and then Display the Print Window.
