6.9.2 Notes on Setting Up
The following shows notes on setting up JP1/service Support.
-
When you execute the jsssetup.bat command (setup command) or the jssdbinit.bat command (Item management database initialization command), message KNAB26109-E, which reports a database initialization error, might be output with the detail code 18. If this message is output, memory might have become insufficient.
Terminate unnecessary programs, set them to not start the next time, restart the machine, and then re-execute the command. If the same message is still output, use the data collection tool to collect data that is necessary for investigation, and then contact the system administrator.
-
Note on the jsssetup.bat command (setup command) or the jssdbinit.bat command (Item management database initialization command) when M, L, or LL is specified for the -s option Command execution might require a few hours depending on the hard disk configuration (for example, the RAID level). Execute the command when there is sufficient idle time.
-
If the jsssetup.bat command (setup command) terminates abnormally without initializing the database, the reason could be the specified Item management database folder being on a network drive. If this is the case, re-execute the command and specify a correct folder.
