S:

Stops the IM Configuration Management service.

O:

Take the corrective action that is appropriate to the cause displayed, as described below. If the problem is not resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.

• If A private key or server authentication certificate for the keystore could not be read. is displayed for cause, verify the following, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager:

  • Verify that the server certificate and the private key for the server certificate have been placed.

• If A system error occurred. is displayed for cause, restart JP1/IM - Manager.
