The keystore that is used by the communication encryption function of the IM Configuration Management service cannot be read.

S:

Stops the IM Configuration Management service.

O:

Check the items listed below, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager. If the problem is not resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.

• If there is a keystore, check whether you have read permission for the keystore. If not, set read permission for the keystore.

• If there is no keystore, check if the message An attempt to create a keystore failed has been output to the integrated trace log. If the message has been output, take the corrective action given for that message.
