O:

Check the following, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

• Check for problems with the format of the file at the path specified by the parameter.

• Check the appropriate OS log listed in the following to determine if a shortage has occurred in an OS resource such as file descriptors.

  • In UNIX: System log (syslog)
