Stops startup processing of JP1/IM - Manager.

O:

Check the following, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

• Determine whether the file or directory corresponding to the parameter exists at the path specified by the parameter. If the file or directory corresponding to the parameter does not exist, create it.

• If the path specified by a parameter is for a private key or server certificate, check whether you have read permission for the file. If not, set read permission for the file.
