A private key specified by a parameter of the communication encryption function of JP1/IM - Manager cannot be read or is not paired with a server certificate.

S:

Stops startup processing of JP1/IM - Manager.

O:

Check the following, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

• Check whether the server certificate and private key are paired. If they are not, put a paired server certificate and private key in place.

• Check for problems with the format of the private key file.

• If a pass phrase has been set for the private key, cancel the pass phrase.

• Check the appropriate OS log listed in the following to determine if a shortage has occurred in an OS resource such as file descriptors.
