3.17 Repeated Event Condition Settings window

The Repeated Event Condition Settings window can be used to edit and register repeated event conditions that are used for suppression of monitoring of repeated events.

This window has the Basic Settings page and the Options page.

To display this window:

If you do not set any conditions for an event condition set in this window, all JP1 events will match the condition.

If you want to display the Repeated Event Condition Settings window, you must have JP1_Console_Admin permission. If the reference/operation permission function for business groups is enabled, you might be unable to display the window, depending on the combination of the JP1 resource group and JP1 permission level. For details, see 4.1.4(2) Assigning a JP1 resource group and permission level to a JP1 user in the JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Overview and System Design Guide.

When you click the OK button after setting the parameters in the Basic Settings and Options pages, the condition you set is added in the List of Repeated Event Conditions window#.

#: The settings take effect when:

The following figure shows the Repeated Event Condition Settings window.

[Figure]

The following describes the items displayed in the Repeated Event Condition Settings window.

Repeated event condition name

Use this text box to specify the name of the repeated event condition being edited or registered. Specify a name containing 1 to 50 bytes (when Shift-JIS encoded). You can use any characters except control characters (0x00 to 0x1F and 0x7F to 0x9F).

When the Repeated Event Condition Settings window opens, an initial value is already input. The initial value differs depending on whether the window is opened by selecting Suppress by Repeated Event Conditions or opened from the List of Repeated Event Conditions window. If opened from the List of Repeated Event Conditions window, the initial value is Repeated event condition n. If opened by selecting Suppress by Repeated Event Conditions, the initial value is Additional repetition event condition n. The initial value can be changed by using the auto-input definition file for the repeated event condition. To prevent condition names from repeating, the number n is the smallest unused number from 1 to the maximum number of defined event conditions. You can edit this character string.

If you specify the same name as an existing event condition name, the message KAVB0252-E is displayed in a dialog box.

Comment

Use this text box to enter a comment for the repeated event condition. Specify a character string containing 1,024 or fewer bytes (when Shift-JIS encoded). You can use any characters except control characters (0x00 to 0x1F and 0x7F to 0x9F). This text box is blank if you open the Repeated Event Condition Settings window from the List of Repeated Event Conditions window. If you open the window by selecting Suppress by Repeated Event Conditions from a right-click menu, this text box displays the name of the JP1 user who added the condition, and the date and time when it was added. The date and time are displayed in YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss format and use the time zone of the JP1/IM - View host. You can edit the contents of this text box.

Basic Settings page

Options page
