3.2 Checking the client environment

To check the client environment you are using:

Depending on the system settings, the Check Your Environment link may not be displayed.

1. Access the JP1/DH - Server URL. In the User Authentication window, click Check Your Environment link.

   

2. In the Environmental Verification window, check the environment settings.

   Review the item marked with NG.
