7.12 Print window

Prints the displayed document.

The following explains the displayed items:

Printer name: Displays the printer to which the document is output. You can change the printer as needed.
Preferences: Displays the document properties.
All: Select this option to print the entire document.
Pages: Select this option to print information for a specific date range. Do not specify a date outside the valid period.
Number of copies: Specify the number of copies to print.
Collate: Select this check box to print copies in collated sets.
OK: Prints the document.
Cancel: Closes the window without printing the document.
