7.11 Print Preview window
The Print Preview window shows how the document will look when printed.
For documents in daily and monthly format, the print preview only displays the data for the day or month displayed in the Job Operation Document Output window. The start and end of the valid period do not affect the contents of the Print Preview window.

The following explains the displayed items.

Displays the Print dialog box from which you can print the previewed document.
- Next Page

Shows the next page in the document.
- Prev Page

Shows the previous page in the document.
- Two Page
-
Shows two pages at once.
- Zoom In
-
Zooms in.
- Zoom Out
-
Zooms out.
- Close
-
Closes the print preview.
