6.10.2 Outputting definitions to a PDF file in jobnet flow format

The following describes how to output jobnet definitions to a PDF file in jobnet flow format.

Notes:
  • You can perform jobnet flow PDF output in an environment Microsoft Excel 2010 or later installed.

  • If you specify a subfolder of an installation folder such as C:\Program Files as the output destination for the PDF file, the file is redirected to a virtual folder.

  • If the jobnet definition contains a large number of jobs, the system might take a long time to convert the information to a PDF file. In this situation, consider splitting the data across two or more files.

  1. In the unit tree in the Job Operation Document Output window, select the jobnet whose definition information you want to print.

  2. From the File menu, choose Jobnet Flow PDF Output.

The Jobnet Flow PDF Output window appears.
