4.2.2 Displaying the Collecting Job Operation Information window from JP1/AJS3 - View

To collect job operation information by displaying the Collecting Job Operation Information window from JP1/AJS3 - View:

  1. Start JP1/AJS3 - View.

    In the JP1/AJS3 - View window, select the unit (job, jobnet, or job group) for which you want to collect job operation information.

    Then, perform step 2 or step 3.

  2. From the Options menu, choose Set Tools.

    The Tool Settings window appears.

    Select Collecting Job Operation Information# and click Start. The Collecting Job Operation Information window appears.

  3. Right-click the unit in the JP1/AJS3 - View window.

    A right-click menu appears.

    When you select Collecting Job Operation Information#, the Collecting Job Operation Information window appears.

    The Tool Settings window displays the entry name you specified in the Tool Entry dialog box in JP1/AJS3 - View. For details, see 3.4.2 JP1/AJS3 - View setup.

  4. In the Collecting Job Operation Information window, enter the criteria (collection period and other parameters) for the information you want to collect, and the file to which to output the information.

  5. Click Output.

    The Output button becomes available when information is entered in the Job operation information output file name field. When you click the Output button, a job operation information file is created at the specified location, and the information appears in the Job Operation Document Output window.
