An attempt to read the root certificate failed at the JP1/AJS3 - Web Console host. The probable causes are:

A root certificate directory does not exist.

You do not have access permission for the root certificate directory.

A root certificate has not been installed.

A temporary access error occurred during reading of a root certificate.

Cancels processing.

- If a root certificate directory does not exist:

Create a root certificate directory, and then install a root certificate.
- If you do not have access permission for the root certificate directory:

Set access permission for the root certificate directory, and then install a root certificate.
- If a root certificate has not been installed:

Install a root certificate.
- If a temporary access error occurred during reading of a root certificate:
-
Correct the cause of the error, and then retry the operation.
