An attempt to read the root certificate failed at the JP1/AJS3 - Web Console host. The probable causes are:

• A root certificate directory does not exist.

• You do not have access permission for the root certificate directory.

• A root certificate has not been installed.

• A temporary access error occurred during reading of a root certificate.

If a root certificate directory does not exist:

Create a root certificate directory, and then install a root certificate.

If you do not have access permission for the root certificate directory:

Set access permission for the root certificate directory, and then install a root certificate.

If a root certificate has not been installed:

Install a root certificate.

If a temporary access error occurred during reading of a root certificate:

Correct the cause of the error, and then retry the operation.
