- If Connection host does not match the host name registered on the server certificate at the connection destination manager:

Make sure Connection host match the host name registered on the server certificate at the connection destination manager, and then log in again
- If an error occurred for SSL communication at the JP1/AJS3 - Web Console host:

Contact the system administrator that this error message is displayed, and ask the system administrator to correct the cause of the error referring to app log. After that, log in to JP1/AJS3 - Web Console again.
