An attempt to verify the server certificate sent from the connection destination JP1/AJS3 - Manager failed at the JP1/AJS3 - Web Console host. The probable causes are:

• The connection destination manager host name does not match the CN or SAN.

• The root certificate corresponding to the server certificate is not installed.

• The server certificate and the intermediate certificate are joined in an incorrect order.

If the connection destination manager host name does not match the CN or SAN:

Establish a connection with the connection destination manager host whose name matches the CN or SAN.

If the root certificate corresponding to the server certificate is not installed:

Install the corresponding root certificate.

If the server certificate and the intermediate certificate are joined in an incorrect order:

Join the server certificate and the intermediate certificate in the correct order.
