6.12.1 Items in the Version Details window
The following figure shows the Version Details window.

The following describes the items in the Version Details window.
- Organization of this subsection
(1) Comments text area
The comment added to the Operational Content is displayed.
(2) Version Being Edited area
The name of the user who is currently editing the Version Being Edited, and the date and time at which the Version Being Edited was updated are displayed. In the Date published column, a hyphen (-) is always displayed. This area is displayed only if the Version Being Edited exists.
(3) Published Versions area
The names of the users who edited the already-published versions of Operational Content are displayed. The times at which the already-published versions were updated and published are also displayed. This area is displayed only if already-published versions exist.
(4) Close button
Clicking this button closes the Version Details window.
