Organization of this subsection

(1) Action to be taken when the Bad Gateway message is displayed

When this message is displayed, communication with the dashboard server might have failed or a fatal error might have occurred. In such a case, the dashboard server needs to be restarted. Ask the system administrator to restart the dashboard server.

(2) Action to be taken when the Data too large message is displayed

When this message is displayed, it is possible that there is not enough space available in the storage for the Dashboard function. In this case, you have to recheck the amount of memory required to use the Dashboard function, and edit the setting that specifies the amount of memory needed by the storage service of the dashboard server.

For details about how to estimate the amount of memory needed to use the Dashboard function and how to edit the setting that specifies the amount of memory needed by the storage service of the dashboard server, see the manual JP1/Navigation Platform Setup and Operations Guide.

(3) Action to be taken when the Authentication Exception message is displayed

When this message is displayed, it means that the session timed out after you displayed the Dashboard window. In this case, access the login window of Navigation Platform, log in to Navigation Platform again, and then try accessing the Dashboard window.
