6.9.1 Analyzing the usage of Operational Content

1. In the menu area of the Operational Content Execution Window, click the Report View menu.

   The reporting window opens as a new window.

2. Select the range of analysis-target users.

   Select either of the following ranges:

   • Analyze the overall status.

     If you select this, go to step 4.

   • Analyze a specific user status.

     If you select this, go to step 3.

3. Enter the user ID.

   If you are not sure of the user ID, ask the system administrator about it.

4. Use a radio button to select the analysis mode.

   Select one of the following modes:

   • Analyze by the number of executions.

   • Analyze by average execution time.

   • Analyze by the number of errors.

5. Use the drop-down list to select the period.

   Select one of the following periods:

   • 1 month

   • 3 months

   • 6 months

6. Click the Analyze button.

   The analysis result of each piece of Operational Content is displayed at the bottom of the reporting window.

7. Click the name of a piece of Operational Content.

   The display mode of the reporting window switches the node-based analysis result display mode.
