The following describes the items in the Review the Operational Contents to be made private window.

(1) Comments text box
In this text box, enter information that you want to leave as a comment on the piece of Operational Content to be made private. The comment entered here overwrites the existing comment. You can check the existing comment on a piece of Operational Content in the Version Details window. When you make multiple pieces of Operational Content private by selecting them at the same time, the comment entered here overwrites the existing comment of each piece.
(2) Operational Contents to be made private
The pieces of Operational Content to be made private are listed.
(3) Make Private button
When you click this button, the pieces of Operational Content displayed in the Operational Contents to be made private list are removed from the Operational Content Execution Window.
(4) Cancel button
Clicking this button closes the Review the Operational Contents to be made private window. The selected Operational Content will not be made private. The entered comment will not be applied to any Operational Content.
