2.6.4 Items in the Operational Content Settings window (Related Links Settings tab)

The following describes the items in the Operational Content Settings window (Related Links Settings tab).

Organization of this subsection

(1) Anchor String text box

In this text box, enter a character string to be displayed as anchor text. You must always enter an anchor string. The entered character string is also displayed as a tooltip. An error occurs if you enter one of the following character strings in the Anchor String text box:

If the length of an anchor string exceeds the display width for a related link, the excess characters are omitted and replaced with periods (...). The symbol used to replace omitted characters varies depending on the web browser.

(2) URL text box

In this text box, enter the URL of the link destination. When you set a related link to a static file displayed in the File Management/Registration window, you can obtain the path name of the static file by using the Get URL button in the File Management/Registration window. For details about the format of URL that can be entered, see 4.11.4 Items in the Attribute Settings window (hyperlink part in the guide area).

An error occurs if you enter a character string described below in the URL text box:

If you enter nothing or an empty character string in the URL text box, a blank page will be displayed.

(3) Clear button

Clicking this button clears the Anchor String text box and URL text box positioned on the same line as the Clear button.

(4) Update button

Clicking this button applies the related link settings you entered to the Operational Content, and closes the Operational Content Settings window.

(5) Cancel button

Clicking this button closes the Operational Content Settings window without applying your entered related link settings to the Operational Content.
