4.11.4 Items in the Attribute Settings window (hyperlink part in the guide area)
The following describes the items in the Attribute Settings window.

(1) Anchor String text box
Enter the character string to be displayed as the anchor string. By default, Hyperlink is displayed. The anchor string must always be entered. An error occurs in the following cases:

A character string of more than 1,024 bytes is entered. (When using double-byte characters, enter a character string of no more than 340 characters.)

An empty character string is entered.

A character string containing an ASCII code from 0x00 to 0x1F or 0x7F is entered.
(2) URL text box
Enter the URL of the link destination. When you place a hyperlink to a static file listed in the File Management/Registration window, you can obtain the path name of the static file by using the Get URL button in the File Management/Registration window.
The following describes the URL format you can enter. The path format you can specify varies depending on whether the link destination is the web server for Navigation Platform, or any other web server.
- To specify a file stored on the web server for Navigation Platform:

Specify a relative path from the content storage directory on the web server (Navigation-Platform-installation-directory\PP\uCPSB\httpsd\htdocs).
The following example shows how to specify an HTML file named index.html under the content storage directory on the web server.
/index.html
- To specify a file stored on the web server other than for Navigation Platform:

Specify the file in protocol://host-name:port-number/file-path format.

protocol: http or https
-
host-name: Host name or IP address of the web server
-
port-number: Port number of the web server
-
file-path: Path name of the file stored on the web server
The following example shows how to specify an image file named index.html stored in the html directory on the web server using the HTTP protocol, host name host1, and port number 55555.
http://host1:55555/html/index.html

An error occurs if you enter one of the following character strings in the text box:
-
A character string of more than 1,024 bytes.
-
A character string containing an ASCII code from 0x00 to 0x1F or 0x7F is entered.
(3) Tool tip text box
Enter a description of the link destination. An error occurs in the following cases:
-
A character string of more than 128 bytes is entered. (When using double-byte characters, enter a label of no more than 42 characters.)

A character string containing an ASCII code from 0x00 to 0x1F or 0x7F is entered.
If an empty character string is entered, the tooltip is not displayed.
(4) Guide Part ID text box
For the Guide Part ID, enter a character string (of no more than 20 single-byte characters) that uniquely identifies the Guide Part. Use the Guide Part ID text box when you change an automatically set Guide Part ID.
You can enter single-byte alphanumeric characters, single-byte hyphen (-), and single-byte underscore (_). You can also enter an empty character string in this text box. When entering a character string other than an empty character string, enter a character string that is unique in the same guide area.
