10.3.2 Corrective action if collection of operation log analysis information fails
If the KDCZ50689-E message has been output to the log for the source HNP in the event log (application), collection of operation log analysis information might have failed.
The possible causes are explained in the following. Take corrective action appropriate to the cause.

The storage memory for the dashboard function is insufficient.

Change the size of the storage memory for the dashboard function.
