4.3.6 Procedure for setting the service start sequence
When you use JP1/Base for user authentication, JP1/Base must always be started before Navigation Platform. To do this, configure the JP1/Base start sequence definition file so that the services are started in the following order:

NavigationPlatformStartService (shown as Navigation Platform Start Service)
