4.3.4 JP1 user registration procedure
When the setup of JP1/Base is complete, the users who will access Navigation Platform are registered as JP1 users.
A JP1 user name can consist of up to 31 single-byte alphanumeric characters. The password corresponding to a JP1 user name must be at least 6 and no more than 32 ASCII-encoded characters. However, the following symbols and control character codes are not allowed:
\, ", :, tab, space, 0x00 to 0x1F, and 0x7F
